I am not isolated, I am intentional.
You have the time to make the changes, write the new story, and find the peace you have been searching for.
During one of the hardest times of my life, now over 10 years ago, there was nothing but despair it seemed in every aspect of my life. Yet in the middle of what should have been complete and utter hopelessness, I had something very little.....hope.
It wasn't much.
But it was enough to get me through to the other side.
The other side which right now let's face it, that is where we all want to be right? We always want to be on the other side of the struggle.
Some of my happiest days were while I was broken, homeless, and penniless. I learned very quickly what was essential and what wasn't.
It took being almost completely broken to find that out.
I now know that I am meant to live a life of abundance, joy, freedom, and prosperity. And maybe this time on lock down is just the refreshing and reminder we all needed.
I pray for all those who do not have this time, who are sick, who are in the front lines of this thing, who are shutting down their businesses, laying off people, and literally standing scared. I pray that they can find peace in all this, just as I did on my parent's living room floor with all 4 of my kids around me.
You have to ask yourself, “What can I do today to make new, intentional habits become part of my everyday?” The first step really is to ask yourself.
Maybe your intention will be the cure, the idea, the development, the thing that the folks in the front lines need to make it through.
Set your intention. Say your intention. Meditate on your intention. Pray over it. Write your intention down.
I am not isolated, I am intentional.
