Add a Little Color to Your Life
I love to color. But for some reason, the older I got, the more I felt like it was something only children do.
You know… the busy mom life, the I must adult now, section of my brain continually told me I was to old to take time out to color. I mean the way we get things done is to push through, right? Take on all we can and just get it done, right? What adult can justify taking time out of a busy day to just sit and color?
This one.
Today I am celebrating National Coloring Book Day with these printables I created and I wanted to share them with you. To download and print out for yourself, go to: https://bit.ly/3xi4C8s
Coloring is good for the your soul. It helps with stress management, it allows you to bring in creativity to your space, and gives you the time to declutter your overworked mind. Why do you think our kids are always so happy, smiling, and productive after an hour of coloring?
Find some quiet time for yourself this evening, put on some of your favorite tunes, have a snack or a glass of wine and add some color to your day.
